Such a tool could be useful during daily emergencies too: analysis during conflagrations, avalanches, search for missing.
Our country has a problem with emergency services infrastructure. Aggravating factor is that our home city, Almaty, is under earthquake risk. More than 30% of population may become victims of potential destructive earthquake. This motivated us to create system that will help emergency services in such situations to react properly.
